Context
The client was selling OTC products for treatment on Amazon USA. While the client had already an agency partner in the US that executed its Amazon campaigns, it wanted to leverage the 1DS Platform to drive growth and find opportunities to grow its Amazon business.
What did we do?
Using our proprietary crawlers, we identified market share, share of voice as well as the market size for client’s categories. We also identified white spaces in the client category to help with new product launches and identify focus-products in the current portfolio. Using our automated bid management algorithms, we automated the AMS management focused on product discovery (for new launches) and profit maximization (for large business products)
