A Mid-sized Skin Care Brand competing with Multinationals on one hand and D2C brands on the other was planning to foray into E-commerce sales with a new online-only launch. The goal for the Company was to completely rethink its online strategy and build a 100 crore INR brand from scratch.
Our Approach
We were involved right from product development, website development, pricing, and performance marketing. Using deep analytics and crawling, we helped the Company in NPD, pricing decisions, content development, Conversion led optimizations, performance planning, and deployment.
