Context

It wanted to fight huge competition to its “core” business due to E-commerce only players with mix targeted towards the channel. It wanted to launch a brand which plays to its strength of manufacturing and brand equity, but business model suited for the channel

What did we do

We were involved right from product development, website development, pricing and performance marketing. We manage the business completely with media deployments across social and marketplaces. We are responsible and accountable for sales for both ecommerce and the website.

02 – Growth in Amazon US

The client has restructured their Amazon campaigns in sync with their Portfolio. Campaigns have been tweaked across Parameters by Campaign types, Campaign placement, day/time.

Leading Consumer Health company in the US

Context

The client was selling OTC products for treatment on Amazon USA. These included products for Pain management and Allergy among others. While the client had already an agency partner in the US that executed its Amazon campaigns, it wanted to leverage the 1DS Platform and the 1DS Amazon expertise to drive growth and find opportunities to grow its PPC business.  Also the clients current vendor did not have the capability to drive traffic from Google and FB to its Amazon page.

What did we do

We began with an audit of our clients Amazon campaigns – including click throughs, conversions, day of the week/time of the day analysis, analysis by campaign/Ad type, Ad placement and ACOS performance by campaign and % of spend. 

We identified campaigns that were performing exceptionally poorly and those that were performing exceptionally well.  In addition we studied the clients overall competitive landscape which included Brand wise sales estimates, Format wise sales estimates and unit Pricing. We found opportunities where the client was competitive and ASINs were generating sales – however the client had not focused on these in their campaigns.  Based on these data driven insights we drove recommendations to the client /their current US vendor. 

03 – Driving Brand Growth on Website and E-Commerce

Leading speciality Beverage company

Context

The client is a leading specialist beverage company catering to domestic Indian consumers with an Omni channel approach through Cafes, Retail and online. Online sales are a significantly smaller channel and 1DS was brought in to grow the online sales opportunity (in a post Covid world) through the company’s website and Amazon.

What are we doing?

We have started to work with the client in a Phased manner. Our current focus is to optimize the client website for e commerce. This involves redesigning the Product/Category pages – for example appropriate recommendations and testimonials; adding Trust Badges; abandoned Cart communication and an appropriate CRM solution. For their Marketplace commerce (Amazon), we are optimizing the SEO listings by Title and description, by most searched keywords, hidden keywords, adding A+ content for listings, User generated content. Our analytics platform will be tracking Discoverability and Buyability scores to identify drivers for being discovered and for conversion.
